Hello and welcome to Yoga Face 💚
My name is Tamu. I teach group and 1:1 online and in person face yoga, where you can learn how to take the best care of your face, neck and well-being.
My sessions include facial exercises that help to strengthen, tone and lift the muscles around the face and neck. Along with massage techniques for removing toxins, releasing tension and stimulating circulation for glowing skin.
Face yoga isn’t just skin and muscle deep, it is about caring for ourselves as a whole. The practice of face yoga incorporates well-being into your day, including learning how to relax and calm the face, body and mind. We use wellness techniques for boosting wellbeing and promoting positive self image, including thinking about nutrition for healthy skin.
Face Yoga is a tool you can carry with you through life. With your own hands you can, from a place of love, nurture your face and well-being to feel it's most beautiful and healthy best and through simple wellness practices you can feel happy, calm, self-accepting, self-loving and self-confident.

Will face yoga make me look younger?
There are studies that show, with regular daily practice, face yoga can make you look up to three years younger. At Yoga Face, we like to focus rather on looking and feeling our best at the age we are at and loving and accepting ourselves for who we are, every step of the way.
How often should I practice face yoga?
Daily practice is key to feeling and seeing the wonderful benefits of face yoga. But, that doesn’t mean you have to find a block of time every day. Face yoga can be practiced in different ways throughout the day, easily slotting in to your daily life.
How long until I start to see/feel results?
Even after one session with Yoga Face, you will notice a glow to your skin, your muscles will feel awake and energised and you will feel relaxed and taken care of. After three weeks of regular daily practice, you will begin to see lasting results of healthier skin, lifted muscles and a boosted and nourished wellbeing.
